Gotta LOVE The New Guys!

49er-logo   This season will be talked about for years…

The SF 49er’s returning veterans, along with the talented athletes joining us this year, will be out-classing every team on the play schedule. And that is coming directly from the gal who said in Sept. 2012 – “……. Super Bowl!”

We exploded all over the San Diego Chargers last night, beating them by 28 points. There were many unbelievable plays, by the newest 49ers. You know, the ones that leave you with your mouth wide open saying “WHAT the Hell just happened!?!” The commentators replay them from all angles so you can maybe figure it out, but you are already clapping, pumping your fist, or doing a happy dance because the 49er’s scored more points. This is way more important than if we understand how they did it.

Let Coach Harbaugh worry about that.

GO NINER’S!!!

The Vikings Are Conquered (Part II)

All righty then!  😉

I happy-danced an extra five minutes. Not only did the guys beat the Vikings, but they ran over them – by 20 points!

Jim Harbaugh has his work cut out for him  as far as the new guys go. He did some chewing out this evening, and I’m sure when films are viewed tomorrow, he will further emphasize the error of their ways. I won’t go into all the details. If you watched the game, you know what I’m talking about, and the commentators already beat that horse.

In fact, the commentators tonight beat every horse there was in the NFL last season. We missed plays tonight because they would not stop with their replays and stats from last year.  Stop living in the past and watch the games happening in 2013. And if you don’t have enough trivia and stats to blab about yet – then do us a favor and SHUT UP!

Holy Mute Button, Batman.

The Vikings Are Coming – Part I

49er-logo  VS.  vikings-logo

In one hour, the Vikings will join the 49er’s at Candlestick Park. Last preseason we went to Minnesota and got beat up.  I hope today’s re-match has a better outcome. For the 49ers, I mean.

I know our boys have been preparing hard for this game – all week-long. They aren’t the only ones.

Did you know Fans prepare for each game as well?  I’ve done my voodoo fan magic for today’s game – I’ve got on my 49er jersey and red nail-polish. My 49er pillow-pet and blanket are on the couch. Hubby made popcorn the other night.  Add leftover BBQ ribs, veggies & chips, and we have fuel for the game. And of course we have beer, duh! Hubby likes Bud Light and I like Barg’s diet root-beer.

What have YOU done for them lately?

GO NINERS!
