December, At Last!

NaNoWriMo was fun, and I got 18,849 words into my latest novel. Despite being ill, having houseguests, and a week’s worth of cooking, I found time here and there to work on Wings.

“What’s it about?” you ask. Well, it’s about how one event affects many lives. I know that doesn’t tell you much, but I am attempting to write a story that I would enjoy reading. So, it’s got to have suspense, humor, and romance in it. Maybe a slight bit of corny, too.

How are YOU spending this winter?

Beyond Ridiculous

Have you ever gotten a bill that made you laugh out loud?

After the initial giggle, I got mad. Who do they think they are?

They tell us to go paperless and set up auto-pay. This is good for the environment and also more convenient and cost-effective for them.

So, why don’t they penalize those who are not doing this?

Grrrrr!!
