This “cartoon” makes a powerful statement, so I had to share it with y’all.
If it sounds familiar, you may have read something similar in the Bible.
13 Go in through the narrow gate, because broad is the gate and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are finding it.
Matthew 7:13, 14
I think about how society has changed over the past 60 years and I realize that a society is pretty much a majority. It defines the morals, beliefs, and what is good and bad, for most people. The popular kids in school were like that. What they liked, disliked, made fun of, influenced those who copied them. They copied because those popular ones had the power (they thought). The copy-cats mimicked their behavior, attitudes, and whatever could be discerned from watching them.
My dad called this “monkey see, monkey do”. To this day I have not thought up a better description!
